(meteorobs) Corrected Alpha Aurigid Video Results

Well folks, some dummy neglected to change the configuration file in MetRec 
to September 1, so there was no chance of it recognizing any AUR's. We often 
overlook such important details when lacking sleep and rushing to get data 
posted. The new results are quite different and yes the AUR's made an 
appearance after all. The new numbers for the antihelion radiant are also 
surprising. I also tweaked another setting allowing the program to record 
slightly more activity off the videotape that I noticed it was missing 
during the first run.
