(meteorobs) A classic Perseid?

Sorry Wayne but I would have to agree that this is an earthgrazing Perseid. 
These appear "slow" in the sense that they last several seconds but in fact 
they are actually moving at a good clip when considering the angular 
velocity in degrees per second.
