(meteorobs) A classic Perseid?

hi david

it came out of the north eastern part of the sky but i had the feeling it
was
more or less traveling parallel to the earth as opposed to 'falling down'
...
does that make any sense to anyone?

i wish i could describe it better.

whatever it was...it was glorious!!
