The Shuttle and ISS were already coupled on 11/12 and hence could not be seen as 
2 separate objects.

It could have been one of the sets of the new NOSS-generation satellites 
perhaps. The older ones moved in triangular formation, the newer ones consist of 
only two satellites instead of three.
