(meteorobs) KCG Fireball on Aug 14 morning

I meant to include the time of the -6 KCG fireball on the morning of the
14th.

It was ~ 08:23:30 UT, 4:23:30 EDT.

Did anyone else in PA,MD,WV etc see it?
