It would probably be wise to require image removal after a specific time to 
prevent Yahoo administration from taking a counter productive attitude to 
being used as a data base.

A special yahoo website for posting pictures is a good idea in my opinion.

Perhaps it can be configured to restrict any text of  messages and be a 
linkable reserve for
on-topic images related to specific Meteorobs posts & reports.

It would require a massive joining of the Meteorobs community to view those 
images which might have a quantity limit by Yahoo?
