There is no processing dead time with HandyAvi captures. It continues to 
record frame after frame at whatever you set, whether in a free-running mode 
or triggered capture of events.

30FPS is what I use for direct conversion to QuikTime or other Windows movie 
tools.

You will find on examination of the software & instructions, and contacting 
AZCendant, that it IS a VCR substitute and will do all you require if your 
hard drive is big enough.

To minimize the dead time & to smoothly get events beyond the point of 
time-out is the very reason I placed HandyAvi into the Sentinel system.

With this setup you are LIVE RECORDING ALL THE TIME just like a VCR, but 
better because you can set sensitivity, light controls, area of surveilance, 
on and on......

That is the reason I got a full HandyAvi video of 811, beyond the point 
where Sentinel had stopped here.

For some reason I am not getting latest posts(Ed's for example) into my
