(meteorobs) alpha Lyncids on Dec 21?

Hi Roberto,

I see that the velocity was not mentioned in the Icarus paper and also 
probably nowhere else.
I now made a quick derivation of this and the Vinf seems to be about 
51.5 km/s for the given radiant and assumed long orbital period.
