Hi again Jeremie,
Thanks for taking the time to answer.
My thought was, given that the Orionid and Eta Aquarid streams have
fairly disparate orbital elements, you might have been able to pinpoint
the timing of the separation of the two streams with your model (if
indeed there is a separation at all). 
It seems that they are so far apart that fresh meteoroids from Halley's
pass would feed only one of the streams. Is that incorrect?
