Located in Yuba City, California, an experimental test is currently under construction to explore the possibility that Fireball positive Ion charges created in the tail plasma may have a significant effect on the local Fair Weather Field  charge. 

Electrophonic sound from upward conduction of Negative Ions & electrons creating a electromagnetic coupling into sympathetic objects may then be a possibility.

The site will consist of a Moving Charge Detector, a Cloud charge sensor, an electrical wire array that is designed to detect Negative Ions or electrons responding from an earth grounded source underneath the array in a manner to couple EMF into the array. The array is counter-wired to help cancell local radio transmissions from effecting any reading but not to impede particle induction. A small camera will be aimed at zenith in an attempt to record time of any bright fireball event and co-relate it to any measures.
