The moon enters the penumbra(partial shadow) at 20:16.4UT March 3
The moon enters the Umbra at 21:30UT
Totality begins 22:43UT
Totality ends 23:58UT March 3
Moon leaves Umbra 01:11.7UT March 4
I assume your local mean time is UT+2
so add 2 hours to these figures
So the  22:16 time for penumbral entry is decidely
later than sunset
