Probably the idea for ZHR follow a need for to have standard
comparable observations and it's probably too that the
formula was wrote not in a time but in many times by many
peoples, but I think that the work of Opik must to see us
who wrote the formula, I think that too perhaps the ZHR
formula can to have in future some little modifications.
