(meteorobs) fireball??

nope, don't think so
...my village is so small and believe me, after 10pm no one's out!

the lane between my house and the neighbor's is less than 15 feet
across...i'd have heard the car. it was dead silent except for the owls.

i don't have another explanation for what i saw...and it was the SECOND
time this has happened...last time was during a meteor shower, i forget
which one...i was inside when i should have been outside.

Darn it!!
