03:30-04:30; 35 degrees F; wind NE 5 mph; "fair" with diffuse, generalized haze
- barely noticeable, but very obvious in car headlights, etc.; average limiting
magnitude 5.5; facing East 50 degrees; total teff 1.0 hour
