(meteorobs) Question. Has any observer seen or recorded an Ocean impact?

Reason for the question: 

An e-mail from a party interested in setting up an all sky camera system in Kwajalein Atoll in the Central Pacific. He is affiliated(?)  or has an address of "atscwx dot com". This organization recently acquired a contract to maintain this Gov. facility from what I have found.

It would seem to be an ideal opportunity to observe an uncommon event by being totally surrounded by water.

I found no evidence of any similar observer report by any coastal station in North America.
