(meteorobs) Quick Report: Nov 16/17

Just a quick report of little activity during my observing session this
morning. In 1.5 hours I only observed 3 Leonids and 6 sporadics.
Conditions were marginal with limiting magnitudes around +5 and some
field obstructions. Full report a little later.

Weather forecast has worsened a bit for tonight, with partly cloudy
conditions now expected. Will still give it a shot though.
