For radio meteor observers :   I believe the Leonid radiant is above the

horizon till about 1 pm your local time and maybe accessible a little 
later than that. Even though the daylight meteors are not visible they 
are receivable by radio.

My own Leonid radio and video observations are not extraordinary for the

18th.  I am processing some movies of specimen Leonids with forward 
scatter reflections in stereo and will post a link when they are on my 
website.
