Long: 93 deg 34 min W Lat: 42 deg 05 min N Elevation: ~1,040 feet
Method: Visual; paper, pencil and talking clock
I saw several October Camelopardalids; two of the brightest one minute apart
when my sky conditions were the worst. My impression of velocity was that they
were fairly fast. Sporadic rates were very low last two hours.
06:00-07:00; 72 degrees F; wind S 5 mph; "clear"; average limiting magnitude
5.8; facing NE 45 degrees - facing NE because of light dome over Story City to
the North; distant lightning in the East during this hour; total teff 1.0 hour

in NW moving to N during this hour; total teff 1.0 hour
