(meteorobs) Slow meteors in Cepheus-Draco night 12-13 Oct

Hello list,

last night (12-13) I was at a StarParty under 6,5LM-skies observing 
through (other's) large telescopes and those things. During some shorts 
periods I noticed many slow meteors coming from the Cepheus area (more 
or less). The rates were high (>5 met/h). I´m not sure of which shower 
could it be. OCAs? EURs?
