(meteorobs) Digest conversion complete

Hi meteorobservers :)

I have AFAIK, changed all the digest subscibers to the digest version. So you should be back to receiving only digest messages. 

Another elf (the big 'un) is working on the "no mail" list, it will be coming to completion soon.

If anyone has any problems remaining after 8 PM EDT (0000 UT tonight) please send a message to owner-meteorobs at meteorobs.org and we'll take care of it ASAP.

PLEASE DO NOT send a message to the list (meteorobs at meteorobs.org) if you need an adjustment to your subsciption. Use that address only for posts to the meteorobs maillist.
