(meteorobs) 10/25 Count of diminishing Orionids. + Pix of 17P

Frame scanning of the 10/25 avi. video resulted in diminishing Orionid count. Cloud cover at 1700 did not help. Enviornment has severe Yuba City, Calif. sky glow.
