(meteorobs) Alpha Aurigids from New Zealand

Hi all,

a friend (John Burt) and I observed the Alpha Aurigids from Gisborne, New 
Zealand last night (Sat 1st Sept 15:10 - 16:10 UT) and saw none. We only saw 
three sporadics. Dark, rural sky, bright Moon interference (18.7 days old). 
Admittedly the radiant point wasn't even above the horizon but we hoped that 
we may have seen some of the longer, brighter ones...
