(meteorobs) Unusual Fireball Time correction

Hi,

I guess this is much of a language issue. In my (czech) language, as in many
other slavic languages, i guess, nobody would even remotely think of a
"quarter" ("ctvrt" as we say, with the same numerical meaning of 1/4) moon
as a term for the 25% phase - and so far i have not been aware that it
would be so in english! Also it took me a while to catch the "second
quarter" meaning the full moon (until I examined the phase table a little
more). So for many non-english folks, as myself, a "quarter" moon is
naturally the first/last quarter or "half" in the table from Chris, whereas
"half moon" does not make sense to us at all and "second quarter" is really
head-tangling or funny (given the condition of the mind) - we would also
say "last" rather than "third" quarter, but that's not too confusing.

Anyway, the magnitude table is marvelous, something I have been looking for
for a while (ogh, doesn't _that_ "double for" thingy show clearly my
troubles with english after all?:))

Wish you clear skies during the night (since I get a plenty nowadays, bot
only doring the day...)

Jan
