(meteorobs) Meteor Report: Dec 21/22, 20908 (DAVMA)

After nearly a week of clouds and nighttime temperatures approaching 60
degrees, the forecast for this morning was for clear skies and freezing
temperatures with sustained winds of 20+ mph. All evening the sky
remained cloudy until a bit after midnight when some clear skies
finally began to appear. With my moon-free window of opportunity
shrinking, I was forced to observe under cloudy conditions if I was
going to observe at all. So at 0106 local time I began observing under
cold conditions and a sky 40% covered by clouds.

In all, I observed for a total of 1.75 hours and recorded only 2 Ursids.
