(meteorobs) Astronomical Time and Leap Second insertion recording

Dear Friends,

I just audio recorded the insertion of the "leap second" time interval 
as it sounded on WWV at 5 MHz here in New Mexico.

The leap second appears just before the top of the hour beep or in this 
case the first second of 2009.
