The Federal Aviation Administration said a private pilot reported
seeing the meteor hit the Earth in a burst of light near State Route
26 and the Lind-Hatton Road about 5:45 a.m.
This is just north of Hatton, WA.

Let us hope one of our kind can get out there and search for fragments.
Local Police said they searched and found no impact evidence around
Hatton.

But of course as always it is hard to get exact locations from so many
reports.
Another person said they actually saw a hole in the ground around
Highway 97A just north of Waterville Plateau, near Entiat, Wash.

It appears likely it broke into 3 pieces north of Othello and Moses
Lake while heading SSE and maybe pieces landed near Hatton, south-east
of Kenewick, and maybe due east of Hermiston, OR.

Maybe more reliable statements will come forward.
