(meteorobs) Latest QUA data

I've updated my report at 
http://www.cloudbait.com/science/quadrantid2008.html . My raw counts are 
now converted to ZHR, and plotted together with both the MAC and IMO 
results. My coverage from Colorado extends for an additional 4-5 hours 
beyond the MAC and IMO data, giving a nice wide indicator of QUA 
activity (~ 12 hours).
