i don't think this is correct. The motion of the radiant, as far as i
understand, is due to the orbital motion of the earth - thus, tho shift is
not in RA, but in ecliptic longitude - and because this radiant quite close
to the ecliiptic pole, the shift does not have do be sizeable.
