Hello all,
A French observer reported having observed intense activity (one meteor per minute,
with a brighter member (mag < -3) every five minutes during the July, 14/15 night.
Their velocity was high-very high, few persistant trains and yellow-colored.
They seem to come from a raidant located in Aquilae. I should receive a photography
of some of them soon.
On the same night, at least one (maybe two) bright fireball (Mv < -12) was observed
at 20h40 UT. Their apparent path shows they could actually be member of that stream.
Does anyone observed this possible outburst ?
Has any meteor shower been detected by the past in that region of the sky ?
Thank you in advance for your answers,
Clear skies !
Karl
