During my first session for the Eta Aquarids I enjoyed 60 degree
temperatures, clear skies and no insects. Meteor rates though, were kind
of slow. The highlight of the morning was a -2.0 magnitude sporadic
crossing parallel to the southern horizon and beginning nearly at
Jupiter. Two meteors left trains, the -2.0 sporadic (1.0 sec.) and the
0.0 sporadic (0.5 sec.).

It looks like tonight will be rain, but the forecast is for clearing
skies on Sunday. I have jury duty next week, so am not sure if that will
impact observing Monday night.
