The brief discussion with the use of all sky mirrors  is of interest. In
New York there is a 35 foot stainless steel convex/concave mirror
located in the Channel Gardens at Rockefeller Center. The concave side
faces upward and reflects an inversion of the Rockefeller building
skyline

The design appears to be constructed  in segments.

A possible design for a much larger all sky camera?

Don't rule out the metal mirror, Sir William Herschel  made some large
ones.
