(meteorobs) Reentry Alert: ISS Space Junk Expected to Renenter Atmosphere on 3rd

Dear Meteor Observers,

There is an interesting possibility to observe a piece of ISS enter 
earths atmosphere and produce a fireball as bright as full moon on November 3rd (uncertainty of +/- 15 hours.). All continents except 
Antarctica have favorable ground tracks. It might be a good idea to
