I have VLC Player, it's a free download. It plays most codes on any  video.

It's  encoded with an uncommon codec, 3iv2. Most players can't view this type 
of  file by default (I don't have anything on my system that can decode this  
fireball video). Google the codec, and you can find some free sources if  you 
want to install  it.
