Mikhail and all
It was beautiful here in Kansas, USA that last few days and Monday morning . But Sunday day and? through the night it was completely cloud covered. And just like your location, when the sun came up the? clouds parted and the skies were clearer.
Well at least I saw realyl one gem of a nice Leonid Sunday morning (which I posted yesterday).

Dr. Eric Flescher
Olathe, KS (near Kansas City, USA)

Hello all,

Many thanks to all observers. I tried to observe myself this night
16/17 November, the outburst could be seen in the last hours before
the morning twilight. But the sky was completely overcast, as was
during previous 10 days. And it cleared soon after the Sun rose, the
whole day was almost cloudless. :(

Best regards, Mikhail Maslov

It cleared long enough for 2.8 Hours of observations. With the moon overhead, LM
was +4.75 throughout, F=1.00. Meteors were counted at the NJAA in High Bridge,
NJ. Alignment cord was really useful since the radiants I was covering spanned
much of the sky. My sleeping bag was covered in frost by twilight. Good Leonid
rates for the conditions for the first 2 hours, then everything dried up. I was
quite alert, so do not suspect a decrea
se in perception, just a lack of meteors.

NTA and AMO were observed, none were seen so are omitted from chart below,
counts were zero all periods.

LM +4.75, F=1.00
