You never know when it will be clear so I battled the moon. 
All meteors counted, using alignmnet cord for shower association.
My impression was, even allowing for the moon, the Orionids were quite slow.
Moon: 83% illumintaed Mag -11.5 75 d elevation at start, 63 d at end.
Estimated LM by recording faintest star I could see in my FOV since LM areas were useless.
2 flashing satellites noted, 3 jets. No katydids, they may be done for the year, 
or it my just have been too cold. Temp +39, no dew or frost at NJAA, but frost and
dew on the car at home.
