Am re-investigating this apparent "flaw".
I am quite certain that I had Sentinel in UT and recording time of day skips
before. I may have done something slightly different this last time after
converting to GMT Casablana from DST so many times. It may relate to decimal
notation or similar in the control panel of Win XP.
The time of the last conversion was 00:15:00 UT and I had just set turn on
time to 00:20:00, and again later at 01:00:00. Both settings failed time of
day skip when a false trigger was applied.
Will work on it again. -YCSentinel
