(meteorobs) September Perseids

There may have been a Sept Perseids outburst on 9 Sept. 1955, NASAs R-277
report had two bright spots seen on the moon for that night. This report
compiled unusual obsevations on the moon seen from 1579-1969, some were
impacts.
