(meteorobs) SPE radiant

Most of these observations (other than the surprising activity level, and possible early start) are in good agreement with the radiant derived from Sirko Molau's analysis of IMO video observations from 1995-2006.

He found the SPE radiant to be at RA 048, Dec +39 with a velocity of 61 km/sec at the peak of September 9th. The activity period found in the analysis was from the 4th to the 12th (using this year's solar longitude).

Peak SolLong 167. Radiant RA 47.6, Dec +39.0.
Radiant drift +1.7 deg RA/day, +0.3 deg Dec/day.

It should be interesting to see his updated presentation at this year's IMC.
