(meteorobs) Fwd: Daytime video capture

The U-Tube video looks like a meteor to me.

I do not understand the light shape or periodic circular flaring in the 
streak of the UFO capture record. Maybe a characteristic of that program 
since it is also evident elsewhere in the image border and upper left 
corner. -YCS
