Of possible interest to radio meteor observers:
I was lucky enough to capture another relatively large fireball on April
29, 2009, 0226 UT ( April 28, 2009, at 2026 MDT evening). This meteor
was heading westerly into setting Sun glow and some clouds but it is
quite evident in my videos with ELF/VLF soundtrack.
In listening to the VLF reception at the time of this fireball I can
discern no meteor related emission that stands out from background
sferics. Maybe something will show on a sensitive spectrograph.
Of interest is that there are thunderclouds upper screen left and you
can hear the click of lightning as the meteor is burning at lower screen
right. Meteor appears at 7 seconds into the movie and a stronger
lightning click is at 9 seconds.
Here are the .mp4 movie links.
