Of interest and to develop a possible data base for future fireball
research members of the group may want to refer to a collection of notes
and articles from the Flower -Cook Observatory of the University of
Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pa.
The interest is found in the writings of C.P. Olivier, a founder of the
American Meteor Society.
With in his collection of works in the Observatory's archives are
articles and reports of meteor observations and fireballs from the 1929
to the 1980s. Of note Illinois fireballs of 1929, Pennsylvania
Fireballs of 1931 and 1935.
