Hi from Cypress Hills. On a slow internet connection and a borrowed computer,
so this will be brief. We had an outstanding display of post-peak Perseids
between 04:27 and 07:33 UT last night, with counts of ~1 per minute (150 PER in
2.6 hours Teff). Many bright Perseids including 26 of negative magnitudes. The
observing field of the Saskatchewan Summer Star Party was filled with
exclamations and cries of delight, many of them coming from me. What a show!
Will be interested to see what my ZHR will be after corrections for a low
radiant, a rising moon, and then cloud cover.
Below is my IMO report. Rainer and Geert, please note that my distribution from
0709-0721 got an error code of NaN which I could not make disappear, so I have
entered it manually below.
