(meteorobs) Another possible VLF/ELF meteor emission specimen

Here is another possible candidate meteor that may exhibit direct 
ELF/VLF emission. In the specimen movie one stereo channel is devoted to 
VHF forward scatter and the other channel is ELF/VLF.
