(meteorobs) Apparent Large Bolide landing NE of Bonnyville AB, Dec 14 2009

Report of fireball:

Attached is a pdf file with GPS coordinates, true bearings, locations,
elevations, and details of the observation.

The object was travelling from West to East, North of Bonnyville Alberta at
7:57 am MDT, December 14, 2009.

Impact was likely NE from Bonnyville.  The object was very bright, white,
with a persistent, long, white trail, no apparent fragmentation.  No noise
was apparent.  First appearance in the West was about 35 degrees above the
horizon, disappearance behind trees was about 1 degree above the horizon.
The trajectory appeared to be about 35 degrees to the horizon from beginning
and 1 degree to the horizon at the end.  Observation time was about 3.5
seconds.

54 degrees 16.130' N
110 degrees 46.558' W

Possible impact location:

east of 20.3 degrees True bearing from observation location.

Good luck, it seems likely that there may be an impact.
