Offering better camera cooling by mtg. plate heatsink, & fan, which counters 
window dewing while being rain resistant. View is without PVC enclosure, 
filters, or PVC window glass cover. This camera is aimed downward for a 
hemispherical all-sky mirror which has its own heater & fan.
