(meteorobs) Quadrantids from Western PA

Hi all,

Quite and impressive display of Quadrantids this morning 1-3-09. Most meteors in the mag 2 range with a few
near 0. Brighter meteors exhibited trains..following results noted.

A cloud free window from 0924 to 1012ut yielded 52 Quadrantids...LM 5.5-5.9

Between 0941-1024ut 40 Quads observed. In some cases 2-3 at a time.

4 Quads observed at 0952.

Clouds rolled in around 1012 and observations ended 1024ut.
