(meteorobs) Quadrantids and Electrostatic Charge of Fair Weather -Addendum

I have a dozen recordings made during the past year which will show that on 
a normal evening, the Cloud Charge monitor signal climbs higher and at the 
same time as this happens, the Moving Charge signal diminishes to zero. It 
is a slow but steady process.

This usually occurs by 4AM. These two instruments react opposite to the Fair 
Weather Field Electrostatic Charge.
