(meteorobs) Meteor Observations from Northern Nevada on January 4, 2009

Help!  I'm a "Meteorobs" newbie.  Can you or someone detail/explain how
to read these observation measurements?  I keep getting everyone's
e-mails showing these measures and I can't make heads or tails of them.

This night was clearer than the previous. Also in contrast to the
previous night, on January 4 the Quadrantids had almost dissapeared - I
saw only two faint meteors coming from the radiant. The following is
what I saw.

January 4, 2009 Paradise Hill, Nevada, 20 miles North of Winnemucca
Longitude 117 degrees 37' 30" West; Latitude 41 degrees 15' 0" North
