(meteorobs) English speaking contact with Titan Observatory, Croatia?

Have tried numerous time to e-mail contact the group (indirect), 
experimenting with their electrometer which was installed next to the Titan 
observatory. Once made contact with the Astronomer that runs that 
observatory. He did not know any details about the programs operation or 
results of their effort.

Does anyone have an English contact with that particular group running this 
instrument? or can interpret the results (they say), of what they measured 
during the Quadrantid shower?
