Received a very nice letter from Nikola Biliskov, a principle researcher 
involved in the Mongolian Electrophonic experiment of 1998.

Nikola states although he does not have a direct association with the Tican 
instrument group, he will ask Goran Zgralic, leader of the Tican group which 
arranged for the construction of that instrument, if they recorded any 
unusual electrical activity during the Quadrantids which might be equated to 
what was recorded here locally.
